My Yoga Castle

My body is my temple
And my yoga castle
stands strong,
My feet firmly planted
On the finest of sands,
Ocean breezes blow softly
But my body as a tree
May bend close to the earth
But will always stand free,
For roots deeper
Than sand castles are
Built with my limbs,
My arms and my legs
My heart and my head,
For my yoga castle's strength
Lies cradled within.
My body is my temple
And my yoga castle
Stands strong.
